    What will you do?
    • Take responsibility for the learning, progress, and wellbeing of all pupils, ensuring equality of opportunity and maintaining the highest standards of work and conduct.
    • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons, using assessment and feedback effectively to support pupils’ achievement across a range of abilities and needs.
    • Engage in continuous professional development, proactively reflecting on and improving teaching practice, and contributing to the wider life and ethos of the school.
    •  Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, external agencies, and the wider Avanti Schools Trust community to support the best interests of pupils.
    • Promote and safeguard the welfare of students, ensuring compliance with school policies and protocols.

    • Qualified to bachelor’s degree level in relevant or allied subject 
    • QTS qualified
    • Able to work independently, collaboratively and as part of a team
    • Excellent communication skills with children, parents and carers
