    We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing EYFS Teacher to work in our Preschool for 3 and 4 year olds, who will inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning in our youngest pupils.     Please Note: You will predominantly be based at Avanti Meadows, but you will be required to support Avanti Brook as and when required, to share best practice and assist the continued growth and success of the Bishop’s Stortford North learning village.
     
    What will you do?
    • Deliver the curriculum, prepare teaching materials, and ensure high standards of literacy and student progress.
    • Establish a safe and stimulating environment, manage classroom behavior, and promote student well-being.
    • Take part as required in the review, development and management of the activities relating to the curriculum, organisation and pastoral functions of the school
    • Promote and safeguard the welfare of students, ensuring compliance with school policies and protocols.

    • QTS Qualified
    • Qualified to bachelor’s degree level in relevant or allied subject 
    • Clear vision and understanding of how to implement and sustain a high quality teaching and learning
