  •  Salary: Grade 3, £25,117 - £26,216 per annum, pro rata. Approximately £20,087 - £20,966 per annum pro rata (0.79972 FTE)

From assisting with lesson delivery and personalised learning programmes to promoting positive behaviour and independence, this is a role where your support truly makes a difference.

    Whether guiding small groups, stepping in to lead a class when needed, or helping to bring lessons to life, you’ll be part of a dedicated team committed to giving every pupil the tools they need to succeed.

    What will you do?
    • Act as a role model for pupils, support their learning effectively
    • Meet personal needs while promoting independence
    • Commit to supporting pupils with special educational needs and contribute to Individual Learning Plans (ILPs)
    • Encourage pupil interaction and cooperation, ensuring engagement in activities
    • Support emotional and social needs and accompany pupils on trips
