  • We’re looking for people who love great food, teamwork, and the buzz of a busy service. Every day is different – one moment you’ll be preparing fresh, delicious meals to our kitchen standards, the next you might be helping create a welcoming front-of-house experience. If you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and being part of something that feeds hundreds of happy customers, you’ll fit right in.

    You’ll be joining a busy team who work collaboratively. From supporting the Chef Manager to setting up service with speed and style, your role keeps the whole operation moving smoothly. Whether it’s prepping food or making sure the counters look picture-perfect, you’ll play a key part in delivering a professional, friendly service every single day.

    You’ll help keep our kitchens and dining areas sparkling clean, handle deliveries, rotate stock, and make sure waste and recycling are managed responsibly. Above all, you’ll be a champion of quality, hygiene, and food safety, following HACCP, COSHH, and health & safety procedures so that every meal we serve is safe, fresh, and fantastic.

    What will you do?
    • Prepare all types of food in line with kitchen requirements or to pack meals as needed
    • Operate within a team of permanent, part time and flexible staff in the unit, ensuring that the manufacturing service is successfully delivered consistently to the required standard daily.
    • To help the kitchen team and front of house team to prepare all food and refreshments required for staff as well as the service and set up of the front of house in a prompt and professional manner.
    •  To ensure full compliance with all areas of Health and Safety during the preparation and storage of food, including observing and maintaining COSHH, Safe Systems of Work, Risk Assessments, HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) records & temperature controls, as requested.
