An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the senior leadership team at Avanti Fields School as Primary Assistant Principal.
In this role, you will help shape the strategic vision of the school, enhance the quality of teaching and learning, and empower colleagues to achieve the very best outcomes for every pupil. You will contribute to driving whole-school improvement, ensuring that systems, practice and expectations consistently reflect excellence.

What will you do?
- Provide strategic leadership and management across the school, supporting the Principal in shaping vision, setting high expectations, and driving school improvement.
- Lead and manage teaching, learning, and pastoral systems for key groups of students, promoting inclusivity and achievement for all
- Line-manage designated staff teams, develop professional practice, and disseminate effective teaching strategies to drive excellence across the school.
- Oversee key operational areas including curriculum coordination, budget management, policy development, and performance monitoring to support the School Improvement Plan.
- Promote safeguarding, equality of opportunity, and strong partnerships with pupils, parents, staff, governors and the wider community, ensuring a safe, respectful and inspiring school environment.
