    We are seeking a Finance Administrator to join our Finance Team and play an important role in supporting the delivery of efficient financial operations.
     
    In this role, you will be responsible for processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with reconciliations and audit requirements.
     
    You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation, providing timely support and responding to finance queries.
     
    This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-focused, and looking to develop their experience within a supportive finance environment. 

    What will you do?
    • Provide accurate and timely financial and administrative support to the Finance Team, contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of finance functions.
    • Process purchase orders, invoices, payments, and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Trust financial procedures.
    • Maintain accurate financial records, spreadsheets, and purchase ledger information, including reconciliations and audit preparation.
    • Respond promptly and professionally to finance queries from internal and external stakeholders.
    • Support finance projects, audits, and ad hoc tasks while ensuring compliance with Trust policies and safeguarding responsibilities.

    • Previous experience in finance or a comparable administrative role.
    • Demonstrates a high standard of accuracy and presentation, with strong attention to detail
    • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise a varied and conflicting workload, and meet tight deadlines using own initiative.
