An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the senior leadership team at Avanti Fields School as Secondary Assistant Principal.
In this role, you will help shape the strategic vision of the school, enhance the quality of teaching and learning, and empower colleagues to achieve the very best outcomes for every pupil. You will contribute to driving whole-school improvement, ensuring that systems, practice and expectations consistently reflect excellence.
We welcome applications from candidates with strong expertise in Inclusion, particularly those who hold the SENDCo qualification or are willing to work towards it. This role offers the opportunity to promote inclusive practice and ensure that all pupils are fully supported to succeed and thrive.

Avanti Fields School is an all-through, faith-designated (Hindu) state school which welcomed the first intake of Year 7 students in September 2018, and first intake of Nursery and Reception students in September 2022. The school is rapidly expanding and will grow year by year to a full cohort of 1,320. This is an exciting time to join the school as it continues its journey to outstanding.
