    What will you do?
    • Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons tailored to the needs and abilities of all pupils, ensuring high standards of learning, progress, and behaviour.
    • Create a respectful, safe, and stimulating classroom environment rooted in the Avanti Schools ethos of dignity, integrity, and mutual respect.
    • Use assessment data to monitor student progress, set targets, and plan lessons.
    • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support pupil development and well-being.
    • Promote and safeguard the welfare of students, ensuring compliance with school policies and protocols.
